Crepe Paper Mistletoe Mini Wreath Video Workshop
Mistle-Flow
There’s no denying that there’s something both magical and mischievous about mistletoe. Its delicate leaves, bright berries, and romantic reputation make it one of the holidays’ cheekiest traditions and a cherished symbol of the season. We wanted to capture that same playful spirit with our Crepe paper Mistletoe Mini Wreaths as part of our Crafty Wonderland Series this month. Once complete, these sweet little wreaths remind us to connect, gather, and enjoy one another during the holidays.

This project is part of our Crafty Wonderland LIVE Holiday Workshop Series, where we all craft together in real time. Join Lia and Anna on Tuesday, November 18, at noon PT for a one-hour live session where we’ll make these Crepe Paper Mistletoe Mini Wreaths along with our coordinating Felt Pine Mini Wreaths. Together, these two projects offer a beautiful contrast of texture and style. And if you can’t make it to the live — no worries! Replays will be available starting December 1, so you can enjoy the experience at your own pace.
Crafted from fine crepe paper, our Crepe Paper Mistletoe Mini Wreaths add a soft, romantic touch to your holiday décor. During our workshop, we’ll guide you through stretching and shaping your crepe paper into surprisingly lifelike mistletoe leaves for a wonderfully elegant piece. And above all, like any good holiday craft, this one invites you to slow down and get into the rhythm of making — one leaf at a time.
When you’re all finished, your Crepe Paper Mistletoe Mini Wreaths can be styled in countless ways. For example, you can hang it in your doorway, add it to gift wrapping, or hide one in your pocket to surprise a loved one with a stealthy smooch! Furthermore, each wreath is a small gesture of holiday magic — the kind that makes your home feel warm, inviting, and filled with love.
With that in mind — we can’t wait to create alongside you this craft season. Remember to join us here live on Tuesday, November 18th at noon PT to make this Crepe Paper Mini Mistletoe Wreath as well as our Felt Pine Mini Wreaths. Also, don’t forget to tag us using the hashtag #MadeWithLia so our crafting community can ooh and ah along with the rest. Happy holiday crafting!

Back to the TopHi Lia, I’m enjoying this series. The mini mistletoe wreaths are so cute. I wanted to know if you made a project 2 or more years ago, using hot glue, whether the project is still together. I used hot glue to make pine cone wreaths and they were beautiful until they seemed to “dry out” and the glue let go. This left some pine cones on the floor. Using white glue with pine cones doesn’t work as well. Thanks for any input.
I can see how the hot glue might fall off the dried-out twigs. I have not seen any of ours dry out and fall apart, but we do not live in a dry climate. Maybe using more of a wiring technique, along with the glue, would help to keep them in place?
