As always, our Member Make includes a live video tutorial, where I’ll be in place as your trusted guide during this crafting adventure. Also, like most of our Member Makes, these Crepe Paper Foxgloves are an advanced-level project, perfect for learning, practicing, and honing new skills. So, join us here on Friday, May 23 at noon PST, for the live event! However, if you happen to miss it, no worries! The video will be right here when you’re ready.
In addition to its striking looks, the foxglove is such an interesting flower. Symbolizing confidence, creativity, and healing, the “glove” part of its name comes from its resemblance to a finger glove or thimble. However, the “fox” aspect is shrouded in folkloric mystery with no real connection to the animal at all. Despite its mysterious nomenclature, these unique blooms are known for their soft gradient tones and tall, fanciful form.
What truly sets these Crepe Paper Foxgloves apart is their sheer versatility. Whether you craft a single dramatic stem or build out a full bouquet, foxgloves make a stunning impact on whatever space they occupy. Plus, their tall stature and stacked blossoms add instant structure and height to any arrangement, making them ideal for centerpieces, photo props, or even seasonal decor. Additionally, with endless color possibilities — from soft pastels to bold jewel tones—you can truly make this flower your own.
When you’re ready, gather your tools, pop into the Member Make, and let’s get those petals fluttering! We can’t wait to see how you bring this beauty into bloom, so remember to share your finished Crepe Paper Foxgloves with us in our crafters' community, or on Instagram using #MemberMake.

Leave a Commentlove these flowers! I was hoping you guys could make a snapdragon for any flower recommendations.
We will add that to the list!
love the detail!
Meagan did such a great job designing these! 🙂
The projects you showed for the June collection – all incredible. And I love the eucalyptus. Thank you all!
Yay! I LOVE this collection too! More to come. 🙂
Sorry if this was said in the video, but how long did it take the colour of the crepe to fade in the sun? I really love the look it gave this flower!
It took about 3 weeks. At this point, I will add the Krylon. 🙂
Thank you! I’ll definitely be doing this. The sun effect adds so much to it! Krylon for sure.
I totally love these. I needed something with lots of prep work. By chance are there paper instructions? And I missed the name of the smaller white marker.
Thank You,
Sherie
Yes. You can find the instructions in the updated download.
Thank you so much!!!!!
I can’t wait to get started after watching the video. Are you going to post a photo tutorial?

Hello Kathleen. This live workshop is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, May 23, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (noon our time here in Oregon). We hope you can join us for the live! If not, the replay will be available around 5 pm your time after the live completes.
you have me puzzled with the tools of pinking shears (scallop), and the fringe clip but not really having any materials that you have used before for them. Or is there a last minute change coming? Just a curious person wondering.
Mechell! You win the prize for being tapped in, and of course, you are right! These two tools are not needed for this flower. See you Friday! 🙂
thank you. Now I can prep
Yay! See you tomorrow!
Hi!
It says “404 Page Not Found” when I try to get the Posca and the Tombow marker
Candy
It looks like we have sold out of those colors. I changed the links to another source.
So happy, as I have been waiting (impatiently) for the foxglove update!
Well, here you are! I think it is a good one!
Beautiful
Thank you!
I can’t wait! I’m making foxgloves for my wedding bouquet and the live is on my partners birthday! I started making these from the old pattern and instructions but am very frustrated and this seems like it will help so much!
