What I Discovered About Tracking
I originally planned to create this printable tracker just for myself because here's what I've learned: using such a tool can lead to amazing results. I have had my absolute best results with healing when I track my daily food, nutrition, and nutrients. There's something powerful about writing things down that makes me more aware of what I'm actually doing versus what I think I'm doing.
But then I thought – why keep this printable tracker to myself? If simple tracking has been this game-changing for me, maybe it could help others too.

I narrowed it down to the five pillars that truly make the biggest difference in how I feel:

That's it. No complicated systems, no overwhelming lists. Just five simple daily check-ins with myself using easy circles to fill in from the printable tracker. Some days I nail all five, some days I manage three. Both are perfectly fine.
