Steps

  1. Gather tools and materials.
  2. Cut out crepe paper according to pattern.
  3. Use fingers to stretch the bottom of each petal. Then, use curling tool to curl top point outward. Use fingers to stretch the top of each petal.
  4. Cut wire into fourths. Glue the three smallest petals around the top of wire.
  5. Continue to attach petals from smallest to largest.
  6. Brush gold PanPastel on the tips to add dimension
