- Lia Griffith Frosted Craft Paper – Succulent Pack , Stone Fruit Pack and Gold Pack
- Floral Tape — Fern & Moss
- Bind Wire – Green
- Floral Wire – 18-Gauge Paper Covered Green
- Blick Studio Brush Markers — Spring Green (043), Saffron (068), and Red (005)
- 4″ Pot
- 3″ Floral Foam Ball
In creating this project, we used frosted metallic paper. Unique in its thinner make-up than most other cardstocks and with its gorgeous shimmering quality, this paper is a crafter's dream come true!

This project was posted many years ago, so I do not remember the exact conifer that I purchased. I did some research with my friend Google 😉 and think that this is a type of long pine. I am guessing I purchased it at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods in their floral area. You might also check with your local florist.
Very nice! First try and I’m struggling with gluing the pieces to the wire (I didn’t have wire and was trying it on a skewer – are you suppose to fold down the slits at the bottom of the petals or wrap around the wire, the photo is not real clear so just looking for some thoughts for what would make it easier – lots of petals to try and put on a tiny wire? Your ideas are wonderful.
Thanks Debbie! You’ll want to cross over the base of the flower (where the slits are) and glue, so it creates a slight cup shape at the bottom. Then glue that part to the base of the gold center. The slits may overlap a bit but they’ll be covered by the next layer of petals (and the leaves at the bottom). I hope that helps!

I guess I am just not finding it. When I go to that link scroll down to the SVG link click on it it gives me a template to cut out manually I wanted to use it with my Cricut.

When you click the button that says “SVG Download”, it will download a zipped folder to your computer. You just need to unzip that to extract the SVG file 🙂
