The larger size is not for the cutting mat size. It is simply the square around the complete set so you can confirm sizing. We add this because on occasions, the Cricut software will resize the files for no reason. The wheat shaft parts are in groups but they are not locked. Click the down arrows in the right side bar and you can see just how each piece is separate. You can hide any of the individual layers.

but it”s not on a 14 x 11 canvas. and the wheat shafts are all grouped together and can;t be separated. In other words, I can’t eliminate any of the wheat shafts to fit the canvas. The crepe paper is only 10″ long. I’d be cutting into my mat.

Hello Gracemarie. I am actually making a video to show how to use our files. When you place the file on the canvas, you can see the grouped layers in the right column. Click on the arrow pointing to the group and this will open them to the sub layers. Once you read the designer notes and confirm your file is 14×11 on the canvas, click the eye icon to hide that layer. You can then ungroup or attach the sub groups at this point, depending on what you would like to do. Does that help? I am looking forward to having the video for you. 🙂

This project does not use PanPastel, but you can add it if you want a different color.
