Allison Harders has over 13 years of hospitality and customer service experience in the restaurant, events, and corporate industries. Having served in a variety of restaurants, table side, behind the bar, as a manager, and event coordinator, Allison has knowledge of the catering and venue world that is invaluable in executing events. She also had her first introduction to vendor management through her event and management positions.
Allison moved from New Jersey to Brooklyn to transition from the restaurant world to a role in corporate hospitality and client service at an international financial firm in 2007 … Yes, yes, great timing! Here she furthered her knowledge of vendor and budget management and excelled in corporate event planning.
In 2010, Allison took a role at another financial firm where she continued her client service experience, but moved away from the events side of the job. While she loved the company and team that she worked with, it was here that she realized her desire to pursue a more creative career and potential as a small business owner.
In November, 2012, Allison made her dream a reality and launched Juliet Rose Events.
